Bệnh cao huyết áp là gì?

Cách điều trị cao huyết áp không dùng thuốc
Ngoài sử dụng thuốc điều trị thì người bệnh có thể áp dụng cách chữa cao huyết áp không dùng thuốc tại nhà sau:
- Kết hợp điều chỉnh lối sống lành mạnh;
- Xây dựng chế độ ăn uống lành mạnh với thực phẩm giàu dinh dưỡng như rau củ, trái cây, ngũ cốc nguyên hạt, thịt, cá và hạn chế sử dụng nhóm thực phẩm chứa nhiều đường, đồ ăn chiên xào và không thêm quá nhiều muối vào thực phẩm;
- Tăng cường thể dục thể thao để nâng cao sức đề kháng;
- Duy trì cân nặng ở mức phù hợp;
- Kiểm soát căng thẳng, lo âu, giữ tâm lý luôn ổn định;
- Hạn chế sử dụng đồ uống có cồn, cafein;
