So sánh giữa máy đức và máy sản xuất tại TQ
Lý do hàng châu Âu nhưng sản xuất tại Trung Quốc
Để hiểu rõ hơn về vấn đề trên, người dùng cần phân biệt rõ hai khái niệm sau:
– Thương hiệu châu Âu: nghĩa là sản phẩm đó được nghiên cứu và phát triển bởi một thương hiệu được ra đời tại châu Âu
– Sản xuất tại châu Âu: là sản phẩm được sản xuất và lắp ráp ngay tại một nước nào đó của châu Âu
Theo nhiều thống kê, đa số các hàng hóa được bày bán tại các nước châu Âu mang thương hiệu nổi tiếng đều “Made in China”, “Made in Thailand”, “Made in Vietnam”…rất ít sản phẩm “Made in USA” hoăc bất kỳ một nước khác của khu vực châu Âu như Spain hay Turkey. Theo đó, để chọn mua một thiết bị hay hàng hóa mang thương hiệu châu Âu và sản xuất ngay tại nước đó rất khó.

Nhằm tối thiểu chi phí thuê nhân công, mặt bằng…nhiều thương hiệu tại châu Âu đã xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất tại Trung Quốc hoặc các nước khác tại châu Á có nguồn nguyên liệu đầu vào giá rẻ và đội ngũ nhân công lớn. Tuy nhiên, từ thiết kế, công nghệ đến quy trình sản xuất đều đáp ứng đúng tiêu chuẩn của thương hiệu đó. Nói một cách dễ hiểu hơn thì thương hiệu đặt nhà máy tại Mỹ, Tây Ban Nha hay Trung Quốc đều sử dụng chung một quy trình cũng như công nghệ sản xuất.
Thêm vào đó, các nước châu Âu thường có dân số già, chi phí công nhân cao dẫn tình trạng giá cả sản phẩm cao hơn đối thủ cạnh tranh vì dân số thế giới đa phần đều có thu nhập trung bình nên đặt cơ sở sản xuất các nước châu Á là sự lựa chọn tối ưu nhất.
Có nên mua sản phẩm “Made in China” hay không?
Không cần lo lắng về các sản phẩm “Made in China” mà hãy xem xét về độ uy tín thương hiệu sản phẩm bạn chọn mua vì các lý do dưới đây:
– Thông thường, các thương hiệu lớn và nổi tiếng của châu Âu đều có một tiêu chuẩn chọn lựa nguyên liệu đầu vào chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra. Vì vậy, dù nhà máy được đặt tại Trung Quốc hay Mỹ đều cho ra các sản phẩm tương tự nhau.
– Công nhân và gia công tại các nước châu Á đều được đào tại bài bản và theo quy trình. Thêm vào đó, vì là các nước có thu nhập thấp, chủ yếu lao động chân tay nên gia công chuyên nghiệp là lợi thế.
– Ngoài ra, các sản phẩm được nhập vào châu Âu hoặc mang thương hiệu nổi tiếng châu Âu đều có quy trình và tiêu chuẩn nhập hàng cao. Dù là sản phẩm của chính họ sản xuất nhưng không đạt chất lượng đều bị loại bỏ.

Vì sao hàng hóa “Made in China” vẫn là lựa chọn tốt?
Tại Việt Nam, khâu kiểm định chất lượng hàng nhập vào còn khá lỏng lẻo nên nhiều mặt hàng nhái, hàng dỏm đều được nhập tràn lan vào Việt Nam khiến tâm lý khách hàng ngày càng e sợ.
Tuy nhiên, nếu bạn là tín đồ của các thương hiệu nổi tiếng như iPhone, Nike…bạn có thể thấy “Made in China” trên các sản phẩm đó đều có chất lượng rất tốt không thua kém các sản phẩm được mua tại Mỹ. Vậy “Made in China” có quan trọng không? “Có quan trọng” nếu bạn mua tại các cửa hàng hoặc đại lý phân phối hàng hóa không uy tín, model nhập lậu và không rõ nguồn gốc. Câu trả lời là “Không” nếu bạn chọn thương hiệu uy tín, model chính hãng và mua tại các đại lý và cửa hàng phân phối hàng chính hãng, có hóa đơn và chứng nhận phân phối từ thương hiệu đó.
